We agree with many studies that have concluded small business is the anchor in the American economy. Small business creates more jobs, retains more people than does big industry. It is also the creative and testing ground for many, if not most, new inventions and innovations. We find the small business world to be very exciting and we work enthusiastically with the owners and seekers of closely held businesses.

We realize how many hours and the amount of hard work has gone into building a successful business. Often, a large part of the seller’s estate can be attributed to the business being sold.
